E-bike Give Away Terms and Conditions

1. THE PRIZE: Cycle Sense will give the winner an Estelle Comfort electric bicycle.

2. This competition is open to all UK residents, excluding the families of Cycle Sense employees and other companies and persons associated with the competition and their families.

3. If you are unable to visit the store to try your number in the lock, you can enter by emailing john your number for us to try for you.Email the confirmation email to john@cyclesense.co.uk

4. This competition will open on 19th June 2009 and close on 30th September 2009.

5. Cycle Sense reserves the right to withdraw, alter or suspend this competition for legal or technical reasons without any liability. Cycle Sense will notify withdrawal or suspension of a competition by posting notice to that effect on its website as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted.

7. To take part in this competition, internet access is required. This is done on the form at http://www.cyclesense.co.uk.

8. You are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions by entering this competition and submitting your personal details.

9. No purchase is necessary.

10. Proof of uploading or completing an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.

11. Cycle Sense reserves the right to disqualify late, incomplete or multiple entries, or entries made by third parties or agents.

12. The winning entrant will be the person who is issued the winning via the random number generator the code and unlocks the bike.

13. The winners will be required to take part in or co-operate with any publicity (including photography) arranged by Cycle Sense. Refusal to do so will be considered a breach of the competition terms and conditions and could result in the withdrawal of the prize.

14. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative or alternative prizes will be offered.

15. In the event that the prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, Cycle Sense reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

16. This competition is operated under the laws of England. Cycle Sense does not accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of any other country and gives no assurances that prizes are lawful or appropriate in any other country and will have no liability for such.
