For more than thirty years di blasi have been producing folding scooters, folding bicycles and folding tricycles that are used as back-up vehicles on boats, in campers, in airplanes, in cars as well as for a general free time vehicle.
Di Blasi also make folding tricycles (such as mod. R32) that are especially adapted to give the elderly and people with minor handicaps mobility and autonomy.
The main characteristic of all Di Blasi vehicles is the speed and ease in which they can be folded or opened: no more than 5 seconds, without the use of tools and nothing to screw or unscrew.
Once folded it can be placed just about anywhere.
When using they ensure comfort and have the stability of normal vehicles.
Technical solutions have always been at the forefront and all with the goal to make folding quick and easy, to reduce the dimension of the folded vehicles to a minimum, and to reduce the weight while maintaining strength and safety.
Here are some of their innovative solutions: quadrilaterally hinged frame, foldable pedals, automatically folding handlebars, scooter speed reducer on the oscillating arm, the three-dimensional folding mechanism of the tricycle, etc.
The entire production process of their vehicles, including the manufacturing of the frames, is done at the Di Blasi production facility in Italy: this further guarantees the quality control and availability of spare parts in a timely manner.
